14-Day Returns for Luxury Watches & Fine Jewellery

At Calibre of Time, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If, for any reason, you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, boxes, certificates, and accessories must be included.

  • Applies to both new and pre-owned luxury watches and fine jewellery, including brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Richard Mille, Hublot, Omega, and Bulgari.

  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact the Calibre of Time team within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. You will receive secure return instructions, including how to package and ship your item safely.

  4. Returns should be sent to:

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

  • If you exchange your item, replacement shipping will be fully insured and trackable.

Important Notes

  • For security reasons, returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured courier service.

  • Calibre of Time cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

  • Refunds may be declined or adjusted if returned items do not meet the eligibility conditions above.
