At Calibre of Time, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If, for any reason, you are not completely delighted with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, boxes, certificates, and accessories must be included.

Applies to both new and pre-owned luxury watches and fine jewellery, including brands such as Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, Richard Mille, Hublot, Omega, and Bulgari.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval and credited to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

If you exchange your item, replacement shipping will be fully insured and trackable.
